-[CHANGE] Things such as database handling require about 10-50 lines of code, new library means it only takes about 5
-[ADDED] Ban system
-[ADDED] Custom 404 and 403 pages
-[FIX] Registration broken by ban system
-[CHANGE] User list modified so that it looks nicer
